These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by 956231 Studio ("we", "us") through 956231studio.com. By purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
We sell digital products — software toolkits, script packages, and related documentation ("Products"). All Products are delivered electronically (download link sent by email). No physical goods are shipped.
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem. The price shown at checkout is the final price. After a successful payment, your download link is emailed to the address you provide at checkout, usually within 12 hours.
Unless stated otherwise, Products are licensed under the MIT License: you may use and modify them, including for commercial purposes, provided you retain the original attribution. You may not resell the Products as-is as your own.
Because Products are digital goods delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, if a Product does not work in your environment, email us with an error screenshot and we will fix it until it runs, or issue a full refund.
You agree not to use the Products for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or third-party terms. The Products are provided for legitimate software development and e-commerce operations.
We retain ownership of the Products. Your purchase grants you a license to use them as described in Section 3; it does not transfer ownership.
Products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Products at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
